Requirement

Hansa Mettalics group wanted us to create a process which they are currently maintaining in excels and not possible to do in the Zoho books. They want to streamline and manage their Production, Inventory, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Store from Zoho Creator.

Development & Implementation Time

We developed and implemented the processes and configured all the modules for Hansa Mettalics group in a span of 7 months.

About the system

The system we developed is for internal use of Hansa Group as well as for their customers, where the internal users will work on the Production, Store and Order Management Module and customers can log into the system and create & monitor their sales orders.

The UI developed for the system is user-friendly and doesn’t require separate training or instructions to work with. We also added a failure monitoring system to monitor system bugs and failures.

We constantly monitor the system and add new features to it when required by the client.

Technology we used

ZOHO CREATOR: Using Zoho Creator, we configured & developed various modules which are perfect fit for use for Hansa Group.

ZOHO Books: Using Zoho Books, Hansa Group manages their Customers, Vendors & Invoicing Process.
