2. No Return Policy

As we primarily provide digital services, consulting, software development, implementation, and customization, these services cannot be returned once the work has commenced or been delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The service cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Wisethink Information Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
  • A duplicate payment has been made by the customer.

5. Zoho Licenses & Third-Party Services

Wisethink Information Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Zoho implementation and consulting partner. Subscription fees for Zoho products and other third-party software are governed by the respective vendor's policies.

6. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project before development or implementation work begins.

If the project has already started, any refund will be determined after deducting charges for:

  • Resources allocated.
