Natixis didn’t have proper management of cost center-wise bills, invoices, contact, employees, and expense functionality in Zoho Books, Zoho expense, and Zoho payroll.
Cost Center Management App
We provided the reporting tag as a cost center to overcome the challenge. But adding a cost center in each place was impossible in a single go.
So we integrated Zoho Creator Cost Center App to Zoho Books, Payroll, and Expense. Whenever anyone creates a cost center in Zoho Creator Cost Center App, it automatically creates cost centers in Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Expense, where they can tag that cost center in bills, invoices, and contact, Employees, Expenses, etc.
Loan Management App
In Zoho Creator, we created the Loan Management App to store all existing loan details and integrated that with Zoho Books Bills every month based on their interest of that month. Moreover, the app notifies the team every quarter that they need to pay these amounts as Loan Interest and also reminds them to pay before and after the overdue Loan Interests.
If they have a loan of 900000USD starting from 01-07-2022 to 31-06-2026, then their monthly interest is 1500USD, which means it automatically creates the Bill in Zoho books every month for that existing loan. Once the quarter of 3 months is completed, they have 1500 *3 = 4500USD as a pending bill. Then, the app notifies them every quarter about the pending loan bill, and If they are not paid on time, the app sends the loan amount overdue mail again to the team.
Natixis only had employee-wise payroll, and each employee belonged to some cost center. Based on that, Natixis needed cost-center-wise payroll to be added to Zoho books. To rectify this, we used Zoho Creator.
To resolve this issue, we created the Zoho Payroll App and integrated it with Zoho Creator.
Whenever the team creates the payroll for a specific month in Zoho payroll, it automatically adds the data to Zoho Creator, where we split the employee-wise payroll to cost center-wise payroll.
For example, Netaxis have 100 Employees belonging to 10 Cost Center. Then the app summarizes all the employees’ salary details like HRA, Basic, Gratuity, etc., to cost-center-wise salary and integrate that into Zoho books to maintain the accounting part.
This also helps Natixis easily download the cost center payroll report using Zoho creator.
Fixed Asset Register
To calculate auto depreciation of capitalized assets at the end of each month and generate a manual journal in Zoho books without any manual intervention, we integrated Zoho books and Zoho Creator.
Bill for each fixed asset is created in Zoho Books, and on approval of the bill, it automatically gets created in Zoho creator.
They can also see the count and detailed info of total Work-In-Progress Assets, Capitalize Assets, Sold Assets, Written-down Assets, Vendor wise Assets, and Cost Center Wise Assets.
Moreover, if, by mistake, they capitalize the asset in the wrong account, they can correct the account with the help of a few clicks in Zoho Creator.
