The client, Ahuja Residences is a leading accommodation expert based out of Gurgaon, Haryana in India. It is a 35-year- old organization offering its services across 5 cities in the country. Ahuja Residences is an established name in the hospitality industry providing serviced apartments, managed housing and stays with other services such as maintenance, Internet, etc. on a contract/rental basis to employees associated with corporate multinational organizations. Being associated with many renowned brands and companies the client has offered more than 1,300 rooms and over half a million happy guests.

Problem statement

The client being one of the leading providers of serviced apartments and managed housing had complications in many business processes. Generating bills and managing the contract/agreement for each customer separately using manual processes was tedious and time-consuming. Ahuja Residences reached out to WiseThink for an automated solution for the problem, speed up the processes and reduce the errors that occurred due to manual tracking and management of records.

Solution

WiseThink immediately pitched in to offer an automated solution using Zoho Creator.

  1. Our team created a customized web solution using Zoho creator to generate the bill and manage all the customer and contract details for individual customers customized according to his/her requirements/services mentioned in the contract.
  2. The contract is created after a discussion with the customer. The portal created offers unique credentials to local tenants, corporate tenants and tenant managers to log in and view the dashboard.
  3. The dashboard is customized according to the tenant’s contract. Here they can have a look at the monthly bill, all the dues with status-paid or unpaid and the contract details.
  4. Our team has also added the feature of push notification. The customer is notified through email whenever the contract is about to expire and needs renewal.
  5. If any customer needs an e-bill i.e. with taxes, it is generated by importing the bill details from Zoho Creator to Tally and exporting the e-bill back to Zoho Creator. The import and export of files with data have become easy and faster.
  6. Zoho Creator account of customers is now integrated with Payment Gateway to help them view the bill online and pay then and there.
